My name is Keith Oppenhuizen and I am the owner and Proprietor of Falcon Inspection Services LLC. I am proud to serve West Michigan, as it is my home. I was born in Grand Rapids, raised in Spring Lake, and currently reside in Fruitport. My family and I love this state, and are firmly rooted in West Michigan. Falcon Inspection Services LLC is 100% locally owned and operated. I am the only employee of the company, and I would love to serve you as a professional home inspector.
I have been working in the building industry for a decade. I spent several years assisting builders and homeowners while working for a local lumberyard. I have helped with the simplest of questions, as well as complex structural problems. Working as an estimator I have designed engineered floor systems, specified beam sizes, determined load transfer paths, educated clients on how to use products properly, and consulted on building decisions for many different projects. Also, I currently maintain a Michigan residential builders license, and I serve as chairman of the building and grounds team at Unity Reformed church in Norton Shores. I have seen and been a part of many different situations that prepared me to become a home inspector. I have a passion for building structures and how they work. It will be an honor to share my passion and knowledge with you as I inspect your home.
